FIRST PRELIMINARY CONCEPTUAL PLAN

We will update as design continues to evolve…

THE BEAUTY
OF BAJA

If only you knew the things Baja can be. Baja is a place to have fun, with exciting outdoor activities, making it the perfect holiday experience within driving distance of the US. There is an abundance of natural beauty from the pristine beaches and blue waters of the Pacific Ocean to the rugged vegetation of the mountainside that makes Baja an alluring prospect.

SAN FELIPE
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The plan also calls for improvements in 10 existing airports and 10 airstrips, to make it easier for tourists to get to the chain of marinas. In this manner, Mexico hopes it will attract year-round mooring and rental income.”

SAN DIEGO METROPOLITAN

San Felipe International Airport (IATA: SFH, ICAO: MMSF) is an international airport located 11 km (6.8 mi) south of the central business district (CBD) of San Felipe. Though not currently served by commercial airlines, the airport is a port of entry into Mexico for general aviation. Since it designated as an international airport, there is a customs office to process visitors. So, if you have a private plane you may fly into San Felipe instead of drive. Plans are well under way to upgrade the airport to handle commercial flights.

EXISTING CORE INFRASTRUCTURE

The core infrastructure of the surrounding area incorporates a broad range of assets which include the following: Electricity, Fresh Water Aqueduct Network, Telecommunications, and Fiber Optics.
