(“ILA” or the “Company”) today announced that it has received an independent appraisal for its flagship property, the Oasis Park Resort. The appraisal was done by Servicios Gonpera, S.A. de C.V. This was completed in local currency with a converted appraised value of approximately $11,500,000.

(“ILA” or the “Company”) today announced the acquisition of a 10,880-square meter (approximately 2.6 acres) parcel in the prestigious Rancho Tecate Resort, located in Tecate, Baja California. This acquisition includes the plans and permits to develop 22 unique villas and add to its existing portfolio of properties in San Felipe (Oasis Park Resort) and Ensenada (Valle Divino).
